Technical Support Update: Holiday Support Schedule

In observance of the Christmas and New Year's holidays, our office and technical support group will be closed on the following days:

  • Monday, 12/25/17
  • Tuesday, 12/26/17
  • Monday, 1/1/18

Any support issues that are submitted while we are closed will be responded to on the next business day. If you have a Priority Support Option or NETcare Complete Plan, emergency technical support will be available at our holiday rate.
