Tip #2 - The Volume on your iPhone is High But You Still Cannot Hear Incoming Calls

Even though the volume on your iPhone may be high the volume for incoming call notifications may be low. On your iPhone go to "Settings", "Sounds & Haptics", and check the volume under "RINGER AND ALERTS". You can adjust the volume accordingly there.


Tip #3 - How to Attach a Folder to an Email in Outlook

It is easy to attach a file to an email in Outlook but have you ever needed to attach a folder? Here is how to easily accomplish this:

  1. Starting in Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder you want to email.
  2. Right click on the folder itself.
  3. In the menu that pops up, choose “Send to”, then choose “Compressed (zipped) folder”.
  4. Rename the zipped folder if necessary, then hit enter.
  5. Right click the zipped folder, then choose “Send to” again, but this time choose “Mail Recipient”.
  6. An email compose window pops up with the compressed folder as an attachment.
